License 12: Signing Officer's Professional License

A Signing Officer attests to the integrity of anything produced by an organization. For example, in a Village, or in any community for which Osmio serves as administrative capital, public accommodation such as a Web site must be signed not just by a certification authority but (solely or in addition to other signatures) by a Signing Officer appointed by that organization. In Latin Law jurisdictions a Civil or Latin Notary is considered automatically to have a Signing Officer's professional license.
