License 3: InDoor Contractor's Professional License
Before an InDoor space can be inhabited, it must carry a digital certificate known as an Occupancy Permit. The Occupancy Permit, in turn, must be signed by a Professional Architect (ie app designer), a Professional Contractor (ie coder), and a Professional Building Inspector (ie code auditor). All code that runs indoor spaces must be signed by a professionally licensed InDoor Contractor, who stands to lose his or her license if subsequently there are significant problems with the code.
If you have a track record of reliability in the coding of secure apps, ask about qualifications for the Architect’s Professional License.
